Privacy Policy

Effective September 10, 2026. This policy explains how Twelvefold Limited handles personal data for the Craftee app.

Your photos stay on your device

Craftee processes your photos locally on your device. Rounding corners, removing backgrounds (using Apple's on-device Vision framework), and making collages all happen offline — your photos are never uploaded to our servers. Your photo library is accessed only when you choose photos to edit or save creations back to it, and exported works are stored only in your photo library and the app's local storage.

What we collect

Craftee has no account system. We do not collect your name, email address, or photo content. To keep the app reliable and improve it, we use the following services:

  • Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports (device model, OS version, crash stack traces) so we can fix bugs.
  • Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage events and a device-level identifier (such as IDFV) to help us understand feature usage.
  • RevenueCat processes in-app purchase and subscription status using an anonymous app user ID and your App Store purchase history. Payment itself is handled entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details.

Data stored on your device

Your export credits and Pro status are stored locally on your device (including the system Keychain). Uninstalling the app removes locally stored works; photos already saved to your photo library are unaffected.

Service providers

We rely on Google (Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics) and RevenueCat as described above. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services and under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal data. Since we do not maintain accounts, most data we hold cannot be linked back to you directly. To make a request, email [email protected].
